AWS infrastructure
without the guesswork.
Cloud architecture, cost control and DevOps on Amazon Web Services, sized to your traffic and billed without surprises.

Why AWS
Two hundred services,
about eight you actually need.
AWS complexity is real but navigable. Most business sites and apps run well on EC2 or containers, managed databases, CDN, storage and a few serverless pieces. We assemble that minimal set, document it, and automate it so bills and incidents both stay boring.
- Right-sized architecture
- Infrastructure as code
- Cost visibility & alerts
- Automated backups
- CI/CD pipelines
- Security baselines
What we build
Six ways we build
with AWS.
Each engagement shaped around your goals rather than a fixed package.
Hosting architecture
Sites and apps placed sensibly: EC2, ECS or serverless per workload.
ComputeManaged data layers
RDS/Aurora configured with sane instance sizes and backup windows.
DataCDN & delivery
CloudFront distributions caching globally, origins shielded.
DeliveryCI/CD pipelines
CodeDeploy/GitHub Actions flows releasing without Friday-night drama.
DevOpsCost optimisation
Rightsizing, savings plans and budget alarms trimming monthly fat.
FinOpsSecurity hardening
IAM least-privilege, VPC boundaries and audit trails established.
SecurityOperating principle
If it is not
in code, it does not exist.
Console-clicked infrastructure drifts and cannot be rebuilt after accidents. Everything we deliver lives in Terraform or CloudFormation: environments reproducible, changes reviewable, disasters recoverable onto fresh accounts within hours.
The ecosystem
The core services
we lean on.
Deep on the fundamentals beats shallow on everything; these carry most client workloads.
Our process
Workloads mapped,
then services matched.
Architecture reviews start with traffic shapes and failure tolerance, never with favourite services.
Requirements & audit
Current spend, risks and scaling pain points documented.
Step 01Target architecture
Diagrammed proposal with monthly cost bands attached.
Step 02Build & migrate
Infrastructure coded, cut over with rollback paths rehearsed.
Step 03Monitor & refine
Dashboards, alarms and quarterly cost reviews institutionalised.
Step 04Resilience
Designed for
bad Tuesdays.
Failures are scheduled events in cloud design; we plan for them explicitly.
Multi-AZ defaults
Single-datacenter outages become non-events.
Audited posture
Config rules flag drift from baseline continuously.
Runbooks written
Recovery steps exist before emergencies need them.
FAQ
Common questions.
Why is our AWS bill so large?
Usually orphaned resources, oversized instances and forgotten data transfer. Audits typically find double-digit savings.
Can you move us from another host?
Yes: staging parity first, DNS-cut cutover with rehearsed rollback afterwards.
Do we need Kubernetes?
Probably not yet. Managed containers or plain EC2 solve most scale ranges more cheaply.
Who owns the AWS account?
You do, always. We operate inside your account with scoped IAM roles.
How do you prevent surprise bills?
Budgets with alerts, anomaly detection and tagging discipline enforced from week one.
Is serverless cheaper?
For spiky, low-volume workloads often; steady heavy traffic favours containers. Numbers decide.
